1. Cut Pipe with Template - Speciﬁed Models

NOTE: It is not necessary to cut the waste pipe and overﬂow pipe for bath models

K-1152 and K-1153. Proceed to the ″Assemble the Drain″ section.

Waste Pipe

For Bath Models K-1190, K-1110, and K-1110 variations -AH, -CT, -G, -GCR, -M, and

-V:

Slide the cut-line template over the waste pipe with the edge of the cut-line

template ﬂush against the edge of the waste pipe.

Identify the 4-1/4″ (10.8 cm) drain cut line on the cut-line template.

Using a hacksaw, cut the waste pipe at the cut line noted on the cut-line template.

Remove any burrs from the waste pipe.

Overﬂow Pipe

For Bath Models K-1190, K-1143-L, K-1143-R, K-1110, and K-1110 variations -AH,

-CT, -G, -GCR, -M, and -V:

Slide the cut-line template over the overﬂow pipe with the edge of the cut-line

template ﬂush against the edge of the overﬂow pipe.

Determine the appropriate length of the overﬂow pipe based upon your bath

model. Refer to the text printed on the cut-line template.

Using a hacksaw, cut the overﬂow pipe at the overﬂow cut line noted on the

cut-line template.

Remove any burrs from the overﬂow pipe.
